Welcome to Everything Clean LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By using our home cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Everything Clean LLC provides professional home and commercial cleaning services in San Diego County, California. Our services are described on our website and/or in the service agreement. Specific services may vary based on customer needs and availability.
2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website, by phone, or via email.
2.2. Scheduling is subject to availability. We recommend booking services at least 7 days in advance.
2.3. Changes or cancellations to scheduled services must be communicated at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
2.4. We reserve the right to request a deposit at our discretion. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and is non-refundable if cancellation occurs without sufficient notice.
2.5. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may incur an additional cancellation fee, in compliance with California legal standards.
3.1. Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and stairs as outlined in our cost calculator. A base fee of $89 applies to all bookings.
3.2. Additional charges may apply for specialty cleaning services, excessive clutter, or hazardous conditions.
3.3. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
4.1. Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a $50 fee may apply.
4.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our cleaners, free from hazards or threats, including untrustworthy pets.
4.3. Valuable, fragile, or sentimental items should be secured prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for loss or damage to such items unless caused by negligence.
5.1. We do not handle hazardous materials, deep mold remediation, or services outside the agreed scope.
5.2. Cleaning is performed to professional standards; however, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or damage resulting from wear and tear.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, excessive clutter, or non-compliance with these terms.
6.1. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including revisiting the property if necessary.
6.2. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion and are limited to the cost of the service in question.
7.1. Everything Clean LLC is insured and will cover damages caused by our team’s negligence. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7.2. We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as loose fixtures or weak surfaces.
8.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. In compliance with California SMS privacy standards, customers may cancel or unsubscribe from communications at any time.
We may update these terms and conditions periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County.
